ABOUT US
What is IMX?
Ever since our establishment in 2001, IMX (Interactive Media Mix) has been a pioneer in Asian entertainment in Japan. Our commitment to encouraging borderless relationships and entertainment has allowed us to introduce a broad range of Korean and other Asian entertainment content to the Japanese market. We sparked the rise in popularity of Korean pop culture in Japan through our Korean entertainment streaming services, which we have now proudly provided for over two decades. We also host and advertise important events in the industry, such as the first-ever live appearance of Bae Yong Joon.
In 2020, to increase the audience of our high-quality entertainment as much as possible, we leveraged Amazon Prime’s wide consumer base and launched “Channel K”, a subscription-based channel within Amazon Prime Video that offers unlimited access to both brand-new titles and timeless masterpieces.
Additionally, we have been passionately promoting entertainment projects aimed at achieving heart-to-heart interaction within Asia. These projects include but are not limited to managing the activities of K-pop artists and actors within Japan, running official websites of K-pop artists and actors, merchandising our original and imported products on our shopping site “Brokore Store,” and organizing events.
