ABOUT US

What is IMX?

Ever since our establishment in 2001, IMX (Interactive Media Mix) has been a pioneer in Asian entertainment in Japan, introducing a broad range of Korean and other Asian entertainment content. For more than 20 years, we have been streaming Korean dramas, which are currently gaining worldwide popularity, and we hosted Japan’s first ever appearance of Bae Yong-Joon, who sparked the rise of popularity of Korean pop culture in Japan.

In 2020, in order to introduce high-quality entertainment content to as wide an audience as possible, we launched Channel K, a subscription-based channel within Amazon Prime Video that offers unlimited access to popular titles, both new and old, including Korean dramas, movies, performing arts, and more. It is the largest Korean entertainment channel on Amazon Prime Video and has a wide audience. We also promote entertainment projects aimed at achieving heart-to-heart interaction within Asia by selling original products on the shopping site Brokore Store, managing the entertainment activities of K-pop artists, actors, and actresses within Japan, managing official websites, organizing events, and more.
